Lyn has a testimony going from shy to bold, victim to victory and messiness to a powerful message of God’s love for “the least of these.” She came from a Christian home, but not a perfect one. Still both of her parents lived the life of Christ daily. Struggling through her school years, Lyn accepted the hand that was dealt to her as God’s will. Difficulty in learning and some speech issues would complicate and push her back to the shy “little one” people saw. As life would have it, patterns of thinking and self-loathing would manifest in difficult situations and later into anorexia and bulimia. But God…. His gifts and callings are without repentance and though delays came, God tarried not in bringing her into her God given partnership with Him. That little shy girl is now bold in Him, the victim of this world is now the victor in Christ and the messiness of life, that could have been, is now a message of hope for a lost and a dying world.

Lyn Browne - a friend for over 40 years!
Witty, brilliant, and talented woman who strives to please her Lord above all else! Reading her posts on Facebook is always inspiring and insightful. She knows how to mix the everyday routines of life with a Godly perspective! Being a faithful and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother adds to her insight and wisdom! So blessed to know her!
I met Lyn Browne several years ago through my husband actually. He was on the board of leadership at women's Aglow, in Beaverton Oregon. Lyn was always very active and totally enjoyed her position of leadership. To know Lyn is to love Lyn. One thing of many that I love about Lyn is her crazy sense of humor. Thanks Lyn for loving the Lord and caring for others like you do, it's contagious
I met Lyn thru Women's Aglow 20 years ago. I liked her right away because she is so full of joy and has a very good sense of humor. As the years rolled by, I began to realize I needed to get some biblical counseling and she was available. Since I have an adult son living at home with a mental illness, I have talked to her about it. Her knowledge and experience was so practical. She had a certain way of explaining helpful insights that I needed to hear.
