The puzzle pieces of life Do you ever feel like a piece of puzzle, but in the wrong box? You look at the pieces of your life and they don't seem to fit together. When you saw the picture on the front of the box, you knew the good life you were told you would have is anything but simple. The "Growing Up Christian", is complex and not "fool" proof. The love, joy and peace is elusive and the pursuit of happiness is wearing you out. You did get the borders done quickly, and that drove you to continue on with life and liberty in Christ. However, after the border was hooked together, all the pieces began to look alike. There was no pattern that could be detected in the picture or on the box, and each piece was identical in shape and size. It took real concentration and a lot of guesswork to continue trying. About halfway through the puzzle, you were ready to throw in the towel, but resolve and determination took over. It seemed like it took years to begin to see any picture forming, but when you did, you realized the finished product was going to be awesome and the "big picture" wasn't anything short of a miracle. That was when you really understood love, joy and peace. Many of us, maybe 99% of us, grow through all the awkward stages of life. We try and fit in in school. We try to find the perfect mate. We are always looking for the best paying job. To pursue the dream of prosperity and happiness we will forsake loyalty to friends, spouses and jobs. All the while we are looking for love, joy and peace that only Jesus Christ can bring to us. Just a 'Think About' Look up in a dictionary the definition of prosperity and happiness.
